Position Overview: UniUni is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in C&B practices in both the United States and Canada, with a strong background in payroll operations and a solid understanding of North American tax regulations. This role will be critical in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that support our business objectives and enhance employee satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with at least 3 years in a similar role covering both the US and Canada
- Extensive experience in payroll operations and tax compliance in North America
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and provincial employment laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to inform decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
