Description:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
  • 2+ years experience progressive compensation experience.
  • Understanding of market pricing, benchmarking, surveys, and salary structures.
  • Knowledge of Federal and State Employment Law as well as current employment-related legislation.
  • Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Suite, and HRIS applications.
