Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Compensation Consultant to join the international compensation function within Total Reward. This role will be a key member of a small team, instrumental in delivering on all aspects of compensation to support our growing platform with particular focus on analytics and reporting, supporting HR and talent acquisition teams across EMEA and APAC, along with key activities including year-end processes, benchmarking and regulatory impact.
The role will cover all aspects of the business with a focus on corporate and investment banking, along with a broad range of other commercial, control and support functions.

In this role, you will:
- Support the international compensation team in the provision of accurate reporting, analytics and day to day operational matters.
- Provide consulting, coaching and solutions to HR business partners and managers through the direct support of a moderately complex business.
- Review and analyse basic operational assignments that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, and exercise independent judgment to recommend solutions,
- An integral part of the role will include meeting the expectations of the control environment.
- Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgement while leveraging and developing expertise within the compensation functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance .requirements.
- Collaborate and consult with compensation colleagues, internal partners, and other internal and external stakeholders.
