KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
You’ll design and implement the US policy for annual salary and cash bonus awards, ensuring we are competitive in the marketplace whilst also being internally equitable and consistent with global reward policies that align with regulations. You’ll support HRBPs and US business managers on compensation in order to encourage effective, joint up reward practices that deliver the organizations vision, values, and ways of working. You’ll conduct analysis and metrics required for decision making, including timely data input to Price Control reviews, collective bargaining, and value for money reviews of employee compensation. You’ll look to maximize visibility and value of effective reward strategies, policies, and processes by providing effective compensation communications materials and advice
QUALIFICATIONS
What we do isn’t just important – it’s essential. That’s why we look to recruit experts in their field. In this case, you have considerable experience providing compensation management, ideally within a large, global, or utility sector organization. You’ve developed reward strategies and solutions involving base pay, variable pay, annual and longer-term incentives and have a track record of delivering design and implementation of reward strategies together with extensive reward industry/product knowledge. You’ve experience working at both a strategic and operational level and have practical knowledge of job analysis, external benchmarking, market analysis and implementation of policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Directing the on-going review and development of the US Compensation Strategy, you will ensure integration of the strategy within overall HR and regional policies to achieve and support business objectives.
