Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in compensation program design, development, and management including base pay, incentive compensation (short-and long-term incentives), and recognition programs, with at least 3+ years operating in a global environment.
- 8+ years of experience conducting job evaluations, market pricing, and manage salary structures.
- Strong global business acumen and experience in working with dynamic functional teams.
- Strong working knowledge of applicable regulatory rules applicable to region/countries supported
- A strong and confident problem solver who is comfortable working through the unknown.
- Excellent communicator who is skilled at influencing others, acting as a credible trusted advisor.
- Strong understanding of HR technology with experience implementing global compensation systems, analytics, tools and processes.
- Strong data analytics and modeling skills (like MS Excel or Power Bi). Can strategize on the most effective way to utilize and drive data-driven HR decisions.
- Strong project and team management skills
- Highly flexible, able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to complete well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization.
- English Language proficienc

Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Compensation Partner you will have responsibility for a dedicated business segment (Intelligent Operating Systems; operates globally) and serve as a regional subject matter expert for the EMEA region. You will serve in a critical role for our business, aligning compensation offerings across a globally diverse workforce, designed to advance business objectives while reinforcing our Employee Value Proposition – For You. You will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic HR organization, charged with re-imagining compensation, incentives, and perks intended to attract, align, engage, and retain top talent.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, assessing, and refining global compensation programs that drive a high-performance culture. You will serve as a trusted advisor to provide rewards expertise to business leaders and HR business partners, aligning compensation strategy with business priorities and the talent strategy of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports a dedicated segment of businesses (globally), serving as the primary regional liaison into the total rewards / compensation function. Primary customers are business and HR leaders, HRBPs, and regional TA team.
Program Design and Administration
- Manages the development and integration of new and/or existing rewards programs, processes, and policies to ensure that programs are market competitive, internally equitable, and cost effective.
- Researches and brings in-depth understanding of the compensation landscape, external best-practices, salary surveys, and market trends to identify potential opportunities and gaps.
- Develops and coordinates communications strategies and activities designed to educate and inform employees of total rewards.
- Accountable for pay fairness analyses and ensures timely reporting in compliance with corporate or agency regulations.
- Supports compensation survey participation, salary structure design, and career framework in a global and flexible work context.
- Shapes employee recognition strategy and manages associated programs for the company.
- Leads workforce and compensation data analytics in alignment with strategic workforce planning.
- Determines and implements metrics that assess and monitor the effectiveness of ongoing Total Rewards programs and new initiatives.
Compensation and Global Career Framework Consulting
- Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR business partners, and talent teams, providing compensation consulting and enabling effective pay decisions.
- Consults with HR business partners, TA partners and business leaders in utilization and effective application of global career framework (GCF).
- Collaborates with HR business partners and finance teams to determine and manage annual compensation budgets (inclusive of base and incentive program expenditures).
- Consults with sales leadership on sales incentive program design, aligned to company goals.
- Partners with leaders to assess compensation programs for potential acquisitions and lead integration efforts related to total rewards for newly acquired companies.
Process and Project Ownership
- Leads global projects or processes, as assigned.
- Supports cross-functional projects, as needed, as part of an agile Total Rewards function.
