Description:

Job Title: Compensation Partner, Officer
Job Location: Gdansk

Job Description:

  • Running compensation analysis, reports on regular basis and ad hoc supporting EMEA Total Rewards Team and Global Total Rewards Team
  • Advising assigned clients on Total Rewards topics
  • Supporting clients in annual pay cycles and awards: advising, running reports, preparing analysis to review the planning
  • Support the Identified Staff (Material Risk Taker) workflows in the context of European Banking Authority requirements including: regular reviews with relevant business contacts, notifications and communications to impacted individuals and respond to related queries, performance management and other regulatory associated processes for the EMEA region
  • Cooperation in annual compensation benchmarking surveys including job matching, data reporting and analysis of results for EMEA region
  • Identifying inefficiencies in work processes and proactively providing recommendations for corrective action
  • Participating in projects
  • Dealing with day-to-day compensation transactions in Workday

Required Skills:

  • 4-5 years of related work experience
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Strong focus on client service delivery and relationship management
  • Proactive, expected to put forward ideas/suggestions to improve policies, processes and procedures
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong team player
  • Flexible, “can do” attitude
  • Strong multi-tasker
