Cloudera is looking for a Compensation Program Manager to influence and drive our program offerings in the EMEA region. Reporting to the VP of Global Total Rewards, this role will collaborate with the regional management, finance and HR team to identify and recommend solutions and to drive compensation strategies and roadmap in the region. A successful candidate is one that thrives in a collaborative, fast paced environment, driven to perform at a very high level, possess strong customer service skills, is passionate about leading change and stays on top of compensation market trends and best practices.
As a Compensation Program Manager, you will:

Direct the design, communication, compliance and administration of compensation programs in the region
- Research, analyze, and evaluate compensation programs and collaborate with key business stakeholders to ensure we are competitive, equitable, compliant and fiscally responsible
- Collaborate and consult with HR and business managers on salary adjustments and or offer packages to resolve compensation-related challenges
- Steer the business and HR colleagues around compensation considerations for new market expansions and employee mobilities in the region
- Manage global or regional HR/Compensation projects as needed
We’re excited about you if…
- 8-10 years of HR, compensation experience preferably in a global, public technology company. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance or related field
- Strong analytical skills to compile, review data for trends, and be able to articulate data to others
- Ability to work independently, initiate and identify solutions
- Capable to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintain a close attention to details
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of EMEA legislation related to compensation administration
- Highly proficient with Google Suites (Google Doc, Google Sheet, Google Slides) and HR systems (Workday)
- Preferred: experience in using visualization tools (Tableau)
