SKILL / EXPERIENCE

3-5
Experience in compensation administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with major in Human Resources, or a related field.
Proficient excel experience handling large amounts of data and presenting it in a concise report format.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Professional certification (e.g., CCP, CBP, SHRM-CP) is a plus

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our compensation programs to attract, retain, and motivate our workforce. This role will require a deep understanding of compensation strategies, and compliance with relevant regulations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and maintain compensation structures and salary ranges
  • Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • Administer salary reviews, promotions, and bonuses in accordance with company policies and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with department managers to ensure equitable and consistent compensation practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation.
  • Prepare and submit required reports, and filings in compliance with state and federal regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and benefits documentation.
  • Develop and deliver communication materials to educate employees about compensation programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees during open enrollment periods and life events.
  • Work closely with the HR team to support overall HR initiatives and projects.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development of employee retention, engagement, and succession strategies.
