Position: Competence Development Trainee
Duration: Fixed term for 6 months with potential contract renewal
Target start date: **
Location: Hybrid in Budapest, Hungary

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a talented and creative team-player to our team in Budapest. Preferably you study communications or marketing, but you can apply from any field of education if you are good at and would like to improve your skills in:

Support site level competence development related activities:

• Organizing internal and external trainings, events
• Venue reservation
• Keep contact with training/event participants
• Create internal advertisement materials
• Create reports based on given data
• Host internal events
• Give full admin support upon request

We’re looking for you if you have:

• Ongoing studies on a BSc/MSc level
• Proactive mindset and „can do” attitude
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Excellent organizing skills (trainings, events, etc.)
• Perseverance in administration challenges
• Fluency in Hungarian and English (written and oral)
• Practice in Microsoft tools usage

Advantages:

• Ability to work at least 4 days/week
• Studies or interests in Organizational development field
