The Complaint Technician for HemoCue is responsible for performing repairs and maintaining contact with repair centres around the world.
This position is part of the Regulatory and Quality Affairs (RA/QA) department located in Ängelholm and will be on-site at HemoCue, our vision is to do things easier, to do things better, and to do them right.

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

  • High School Education and/or experience of similar work tasks and experience
  • Some years experience of HemoCue products or other medical devices and/or similar tasks.
  • Your main communication language will be Swedish, but we expect that you also have good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complaints and repairs according to HemoCue procedures and instructions.
  • Activities within Clearance to repair process including set-up, training, monitoring and termination of Repair centers.
