Responsibilities:

Newport Pagnell Medical Centre has an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our busy practice, supporting our complaints manager and HR function, on a part-time basis for 20 hours per week.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Investigating and drafting responses for complaints within the requirements of the practice’s complaint procedure.
  • Providing cover for the office administrator when required, including taking minutes, organising agendas & acknowledging complaints.
  • Assisting with the management, coordination and organisation of practice events.
  • Assisting with the administration of HR processes for staff such as appraisals, sickness, recruitment of staff and any staff changes.
  • Supporting the HR team with mandatory HR checks, performance management, staff induction checks and all other day to day HR duties.
