Responsibilities:

Are you an individual with exceptional administrative and customer service skills, ideally with experience in public sector environments? The London Borough of Bexley is seeking a dedicated Business Support Officer to join our Complaints, FOIs, and Member Enquiries team.
In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring that complaints, Freedom of Information requests, and member enquiries are handled with professionalism, empathy, and respect. You will be the first point of contact for a range of issues, managing calls and emails efficiently while adhering to established protocols.
