CBGU JV brings together partners CPB Contractors, BAM, Ghella and UGL to deliver the Tunnels and Stations package for Brisbane’s Cross River Rail. Cross River Rail is a 10.2 kilometre rail line between Dutton Park and Bowen Hills, including 5.9 kilometres of tunnel under the Brisbane River and CBD. The project also includes construction of four new high-capacity underground stations at Boggo Road, Woolloongabba, Albert Street and Roma Street.

Responsibilities:

  • Recognised degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of construction experience within an established Quality Management System
  • Previous experience in a completions role within the construction industry
  • Knowledge of Hexagon completions system, PowerBi (Highly Regarded)
  • Ability to follow QMP and relevant processes
  • Awareness of the applicable Australian and International standards - both technical and related to the management system
  • Ability to follow up the required completions documents, review and confirm the integrity of the same
  • Ability to review process and procedure documents, drawings, checklist, ITP for the completions requirements
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word etc. and adaptability to utilise the completions system
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a high level of accuracy within scheduled timelines
  • Effective communication with all levels of management and staff, verbal and written
  • Well developed and demonstrated consultation, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Advanced presentation skills with the ability to demonstrate and train others
  • Demonstrated commitment to the safety and health framework, policies and management system requirements and expectations
