Are you a passionate and energetic Care Support Worker looking to make a real difference in someone’s life?
We need you to provide care for a male client who has a brain injury.
It would be best if you had experience supporting people with spinal injury and tracheostomy.

• Provide personal care and support tailored to individual needs.
• Manage saliva/secretions via tracheostomy and ensure client comfort.
• Monitor and manage weight, with a focus on preventing weight loss.
• Deliver continence care with dignity and respect.
• Maintain skin integrity through proactive care routines.
• Assist with all moving and handling tasks, adhering to risk assessments.
• Anticipate and address the client’s needs with empathy and efficiency.
• Provide reassurance and manage distress in a calm, caring manner.
• Monitor pain levels and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Support ongoing therapy to improve posture and comfort.
• Assist with nighttime routines and ensure restful sleep.
