As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be a dynamic individual joining a high performing team. The Human Resources Coordinator plays an important role in not only supporting all areas of the department, but also championing certain processes. You will assist the Director of Human Resources, or their designate, in the day-to-day operations whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and an uncompromising commitment to act with integrity at all times. You will be responsible for, but not limited to;

  • Have fun with our associates everyday
  • Lead by example to ensure the hotel culture and brand is embraced and cascaded to all associates
  • Assist with the onboarding of new associates and prepare employment contracts
  • Assist with all matters related to recruitment and follow Talent Acquisition requirements
  • Process departures and ensure Exit Interview surveys are conducted
  • Record training hours and generate learning hours reports to track compliance training, learning, and development
  • Support the Director of HR, or their designate, with all TakeCare events for associates and the community
  • Have a good understanding of the Hospitality Industry General Award 2020 and Fair Work Act
  • Build and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other associates
  • Respond to general enquiries, questions, and requests from associates
  • Handle all sensitive issues with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality
