Description:
COMPLEX PROPERTY CLAIMS ADVOCATE, ASIA
We’re looking for a Complex Property Claims Advocate to join our growing claims division in Singapore.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 10 years of Complex Property claims experience.
- Experience advocating on behalf of clients with markets.
- Understanding of the role of broking company in the claims arena, ability to interpret policy wordings, ability to maintain senior level insurer and client relationships, flexibility and creativity in negotiation, strong written and oral presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the provision of our Complex Property claims advocacy services across Asia, responsibilities to include:
- Oversight of all major and/or sensitive Complex Property claims, including ownership of resolution strategies and managing escalations;
- In collaboration with the broader Complex Property team, identifying and promoting claims training and development opportunities for Complex Property colleagues;
- Providing claims analysis and insights to local and regional leadership.
- Taking pre- and post-loss claims responsibility for key Complex Property accounts and ensuring professional levels of servicing are maintained throughout the claims lifecycle.
- Providing strategic claims advocacy support for all significant and/or contentious Complex Property claims across Asia.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities, via claims services or otherwise.
- Supporting the Chief Claims Officer for Asia in achieving global & regional goals, including contributing to Aon Asia’s growth targets.
- Contributing to broader claims and risk management initiatives across Asia.
- Any additional duties that may be allocated to you by the Company from time to time.
