JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to assist in the execution of our marketing efforts. This role will design and develop engaging, creative, aesthetically pleasing on trend content that will promote our concepts through various social channels in a very creative way.
We are not your typical hotel group!
The successful candidate will be expected to have modern visual content creator skills in addition to being able to bring creative ideas to life.
We are looking for candidates with a strong ability to translate business requirements into attractive visual content, execute these seamlessly and measure the impact on the business. If you can communicate well, are flexible and ‘in the know’ of the latest trends in social media, filming and photography then this one is for you.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager
  • Fluent in English, and ideally Arabic.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and above in Marketing, Photography, Creative or Arts
  • Understanding of Social Ad Spend; creating social ads and social campaigns
  • Familiarity with the latest applications for content + filters on social accounts
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Great leadership skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in many social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Creativity in content creation and developing social media campaigns creatively
  • Photography / Videography skills
  • Copywriting skills in English. Arabic is a plus
  • Tech Savvy
  • Has the knowledge in visual storytelling
  • Ability to prioritize, organize work assignments and follow-up
  • Strong command of the English language both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of high end luxury hotel market is desirable
  • Ability to promote positive relationships with team

Responsibilities:

  • Create original creative content regularly.
  • Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy.
  • Define most important social media KPIs.
  • Manage and supervise social media content.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Work with content creators and graphic designers to ensure content is appealing.
  • Collaborate with brands and influencers.
  • Provide data analysis and social media reports monthly.
  • Create, manage and implement monthly social media calendars that run quarterly for all the accounts
  • Schedule all accounts.
  • Develop Social Media Campaigns.
  • Manage and organize photoshoots and videoshoots monthly.
  • Support the marketing team with social media activities.
  • Collaborate with brands and influencers.
  • Be present during events, F&B activations, Hotel activations for content creation.
  • Create a brand identity for each of the accounts.
  • Keep enhancing the quality of content that goes public from the accounts.
