As a member of our Client Service team, our Compliance Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving results in both compliance and client management for Fintel Check, our AI-driven marketing compliance tool. This role requires a unique blend of expertise in compliance, risk management, and client relations. You will develop and implement strategies that ensure regulatory adherence while enhancing client relationships and driving business growth. As the primary escalation point for clients, you will provide expert advice and direction, ensuring compliance standards are met and managing client expectations. Your efforts will support the implementation of client strategies, promote compliance, and foster client satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or related fields
• Strong negotiation, analytical and implementation skills
• Proven experience and interest in Compliance, Risk and Regulation in the financial sector
• High attention-to-detail and strong writing and data analysis skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, WordPress
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver in a results-oriented organization
• Adaptable team player that is career-orientedEffective written and spoken communication in English
