Description:

As a member of our Client Service team, our Compliance Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving results in both compliance and client management for Fintel Check, our AI-driven marketing compliance tool. This role requires a unique blend of expertise in compliance, risk management, and client relations. You will develop and implement strategies that ensure regulatory adherence while enhancing client relationships and driving business growth. As the primary escalation point for clients, you will provide expert advice and direction, ensuring compliance standards are met and managing client expectations. Your efforts will support the implementation of client strategies, promote compliance, and foster client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster an environment of trust and consultation with team members, stakeholders, and the leadership team.
  • Train and guide team members on compliance best practices and the use of Fintel Check’s AI-driven tools.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in compliance monitoring and reporting using Fintel Check’s capabilities.
  • Oversee the automated monitoring of campaigns, tracking brand usage, modifications, and campaign locations to ensure compliance.
  • Seek out and present innovative opportunities for increased revenue and compliance enhancements.
  • Create and implement compliance and program strategies for network clients.
  • Regularly review and analyze data in the Fintel Check platform to identify and address compliance issues efficiently.
  • Ensure new clients are onboarded efficiently and strategically.
  • Assist the Client Services Director with compliance and strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrate expertise in tracking and monitoring client systems and provide training.
