Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
SEIB Insurance Brokers, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a [job title] to join our South Ockendon office.
We are looking for someone with solid understanding of the UK insurance market and proven experience working within a similar, regulated environment, who is looking to step into the world of Risk & Compliance as part of their next challenge within the insurance industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertaking of internal audits and monitoring for our Group, including Consumer Duty
- Support the completion of local monitoring plans
- Carry out administration tasks within the compliance team
- Promptly report any identified regulatory breaches in line with internal procedures
- Monitor and escalate findings to the Compliance Manager in respect of complaints, customer feedback or other monitoring activities
- Support the business with the review of core processes to ensure up to date compliance
- Monitor contract performance standards for the business
- Maintain the product oversight and Governance documentation including Fair Value
- Carry out and monitor any sub agents
- Understanding and knowledge of the business and its products
- Ensure computer records are accurate and in accordance with company guidelines and procedures
- Ensure that your CPD is actively maintained through various learning methods and record accurately
- Attend Group company conferences and events where relevant
- Maintain a well-respected image, create and maintain high level relationship with all major suppliers/customers/insurers
- Work closely and communicate regularly with all staff to achieve all goals and to establish a “lead by example representation
