Join the Close Brothers Compliance Team where you will work closely with Compliance and Risk colleagues to help ensure regulatory and conduct risks are managed in a manner which preserves the agreed risk appetite and the delivery of good customer outcomes.
The successful candidate will present ideas and practical solutions to complex problems. They will help derive value from data sets by uncovering insights to help inform management action, including how the bank can continuously improve its delivery of good customer outcomes and ensure it meets regulatory obligations.
The role holder will identify and deliver methods to automate reporting and other processes whilst ensuring data governance standards are adhered to.

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:

• Programming skills in SQL and Python
• Experience of data analysis for compliance and/or risk purposes
• Further qualification relevant to compliance e.g. International Compliance Association qualification
