As the Compliance Analyst, you will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and an eagerness to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (law, finance, or business preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or a related role within financial services.
• Strong understanding of UK and EU regulations (e.g., FCA rules, MiFID II).
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with compliance software/tools is a plus.

• Collaborate with the compliance team to develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Perform surveillance and monitoring activities to detect potential compliance issues.
• Assist with regulatory filings, internal audits, and other documentation to support global compliance initiatives.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on compliance-related matters.
• Research and stay updated on the latest regulatory changes, particularly within the financial services industry in the UK and Europe.
