YOUR ROLE WITH US
As our Compliance Analyst, you’ll be a key part of the compliance team helping to write and refine internal and external policies. From drafting to proofing, you’ll ensure our policies are crystal clear, up-to-date, and effective. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Update and maintain AML/CTF policies and procedures.
- Support transaction monitoring and reporting in line with AML/CTF regulations.
- Draft and review business practices, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Monitor transactions, conduct due diligence, and assess risks using compliance tools.
- Track regulatory changes in crypto and online gambling, updating policies as needed.
- Prepare compliance reports for regulators and assist with regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with teams to strengthen the AML/KYC framework and internal controls.
- Conduct audits to identify compliance gaps and recommend improvements.
- Train employees on compliance policies and regulatory updates.
- Provide support to Compliance and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance, Tech).
- Perform additional compliance-related tasks as required.
