Client expectations have increased with regards to how we must evidence our commitment and adherence to changing legislative requirements. These are in the form of compliance questionnaires, which are routinely issued to us during bids, as part of regular supply chain due diligence, or in connection with MSA/framework agreements.
Not having accurate and consistent information for these can result in brand reputational damage or losing a client or tender and loss of revenues.
This role ensures we have approved, quality and commercial answers for compliance questionnaires. It also helps maintain and deliver the wider infrastructure needed to help teams win new work, be that through maintaining our SharePoint-based bid portal or project managing the delivery of bid training.

A look into the role

As a Compliance and Infrastructure Assistant Manager within our Strategic Pursuits Team, you will:

  • support the Strategic Pursuits Team in maintaining and developing the infrastructure available to the firm for winning new work.
  • liaise with key internal stakeholders to update and maintain key compliance information and present it in a format for an external audience on areas such as ESG, Data Protection, IS, Procurement and many others
  • manage the online support portal service via which users request support for completing and reviewing questionnaires
  • maintain and update ‘Pursuits Hub’, the SharePoint-based resource for all things bid-related
  • respond to ad-hoc queries on compliance and Pursuits Hub
  • support on projects aimed at providing resources for the wider firm to use when working on bids (eg proposal templates, how to guides) and get opportunities to work on wider projects across Markets and Clients
  • support with the development and delivery of bid and sales training to the wider firm (eg by project managing workshops and online training sessions,
