Der Bereich Compliance/Risk ist für die Etablierung, Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung entsprechender interner Standards verantwortlich, die sicherstellen, dass die (aufsichts-) rechtlichen Anforderungen, insbesondere aus dem WpIG, dem WpHG, dem GWG und damit zusammenhängenden Rechtsverordnungen bzw. Aufsichtsanweisungen wie z. B. MaComp, MaRisk eingehalten werden.
