ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you ready to take your career to new heights? Compare the Market is seeking a skilled Compliance Assurance Officer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our operations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Reporting to the Manager Compliance Assurance - Health, you’ll have the opportunity to implement and oversee compliance programs, conducting audits and risk assessments to maintain the highest standards of integrity and transparency.
As the Compliance Assurance Officer, you’ll be a hands-on expert, providing guidance on regulatory compliance and risk management. You’ll actively contribute to our compliance strategy, mentoring the team and working closely with business stakeholders to ensure compliance across all functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic vision with hands-on technical execution, ensuring our compliance initiatives drive the business forward.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Accurately review calls following our QA methodology.
  • Complete feedback forms for reviews as needed.
  • Attend and participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent application of QA standards.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to consultants during formal sessions.
  • Drive improved QA performance within specific call centre teams by taking ownership and investing in their development.
  • Conduct ad hoc reviews as required.
  • Identify areas for improvement in call centre processes, including scripting and systems, and communicate these to relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the QA aspects of the call centre training program.
