We are looking for a Compliance Consultant to join the Financial Compliance Testing Team.
In this role, you will play a key part in conducting thorough compliance assessments, focusing on areas such as financial crime prevention, anti-money laundering, and counter-terrorist financing. As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of testing activities, ensuring they are delivered with high quality and precision.

Your role

  • Conducting testing activities to assess compliance risk management in the area of financial crime across different departments and functions
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of processes and controls related to compliance risk management, identifying root causes of issues, and providing insights into overall risk management practices
  • Documenting the results of testing activities and preparing reports
  • Validating monitoring findings with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy
  • Reporting activities and updates on time
  • Performing quality assurance activities
  • Assisting other Compliance Officers with tasks related to testing and monitoring
  • Communicating with various stakeholders

Your skills

  • Solid experience in compliance testing, monitoring, or internal audit activities across different business areas
  • Proactive approach, taking ownership of tasks, and thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear recommendations
  • Good understanding of regulatory frameworks related to financial crime and compliance
  • Degree in law, finance, economics, or a related field
