Description:
JOB OVERVIEW:
As the overnight Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for regularly touring the neighborhoods street-by-street to inspect, document, photograph and issue all violations within the community.
Compensation: $18+ per hour, depending on experience
FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client’s property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client’s directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and community members
- Excellent technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot violations or discrepancies
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and address compliance issues
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in compliance monitoring, property management, or related field is highly preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to survey property as needed
- Able to work in various weather conditions (i.e. heat, cold, rain, wind, etc.)
- Must have a valid Driver’s license
Work Location: Tatum Ranch Community Association; 29811 N Tatum Blvd, Cave Creek, AZ 85331
Work Hours: Part-time hours: 2-3 flexible days per week, up to 20 hours total. Typical shifts are from 2 AM to 8 AM.
Travel Requirements: Some local travel within the community with use of a company vehicle.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect, document and enforce overnight parking regulations throughout the community
- Maintain up-to-date and organized records of inspection reports, violations, and other compliance-related data
- Monitor the community to maintain compliance with the community guidelines
- Light office duties and use of office equipment will be required
