Description:
Responsibilities:
The role of the Technical Coordinator is to assist in providing administrative and technical support to the Technical Department and to ensure that the administrative inputs and outputs, including reports and data sets, meet the needs of the site strategy, all statutory obligations, customer requirements and our company policies with respect to food safety and due diligence.
The role also includes developing and maintaining effective data management systems to ensure technical and operational integrity at all times.
Throughout your day, you will be responsible for responding to investigations on QADEX/Ideagen in order to respond to customer complaints in a timely manner with support from the wider technical and operations team. Log supplier non-conformances. Determine any emerging trends, or serious issues.
