Description:

Who we are looking for
As Compliance Governance and Reporting Specialist, you will provide key support to ensure the effective management of the Compliance Function. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation of organizational processes within the Compliance function, including assisting in the management of the compliance committee and supporting in the production of management reporting. In this role you will also support key compliance objectives, such as managing compliance-relevant communications and assisting in coordinating internal and external audits.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home (up to 3 days per week) and office (up to 2 days per week) to match your needs and role requirements.
Preferred job location is Krakow, however we will also consider applicants from Gdansk.

What you will be responsible for

As Compliance Governance and Reporting Specialist, Officer, you will:

  • Support with the internal organization of the Compliance function, including: monitoring the timely review of organizational guidelines forming part of the Compliance framework; managing open issues relating to the Compliance Function, ensuring associated remediation plans are addressed in a timely manner; managing the organizational chart of the Compliance function; and performing user access reviews
  • Support in the management of the Business Conduct Risk Committee, including coordinating submissions and producing and disseminating meeting minutes
  • Assist in the production of management reporting on key compliance risks, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
  • Manage various Compliance communication channels such as Yammer, SharePoint and newsletters
  • Assist in the management of internal and external audits of the Compliance function
  • Participating in other Compliance projects, e.g. supporting other workstreams with Quality Check process for the plausibility of data

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Previous Compliance experience or other related experience e.g. legal, risk management, audit, operations controls or similar
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 including PowerPoint and Excel (experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools is a plus)
  • Familiarity with communication tools (SharePoint, Yammer)
  • Fluency in English, German skills highly beneficial
