Description:
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- IOSH Health & Safety Qualification
- Front line SIA licence (cover may be required at short notice)
Responsibilities:
- Experience in a similar compliance role within the industry looking after the cleaning, catering and security services
- Experience of manging HSE following company practises
- Ability to develop increasing individual effectiveness through leadership, motivation, communication, coaching and training
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients and staff at all levels
- Good standard of financial acumen & experience of managing budgets
- Experience of delivering training using company guidelines
- Self-motivated with a flexible approach to the role
- Skills to cover catering as and when required
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience of managing a team
- Computer literac
