Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will update the company-wide compliance policies and their IT applications, which are part of the Global Compliance Program. This includes collaborating with Linde’s regions and divisions for local implementation as needed.
- You will be responsible for the global implementation of Linde’s service provider due diligence tool, working in conjunction with colleagues from regional compliance, legal, business, and IT departments
- You will collaborate with the data privacy team to enhance the data privacy program continuously and implement data privacy applications. This includes working with Linde’s regions and divisions on local implementation as required
- You will gather data and perform both internal and external benchmarking to guarantee that Linde’s Compliance Program and IT solutions continue to be best-in-class
- Further, you will implement IT applications and tools for our top-tier Compliance program
- You will develop IT solutions and provide support for conducting regulatory and compliance risk assessments in collaboration with Compliance and Internal Audit colleagues
- Also will support the Chief Compliance Officer in special initiatives and projects
