REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in the software or financial services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to our industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Professional certification in compliance (e.g., CAMS, CCEP) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Investigate compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact our operations.
  • Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory authorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance initiatives are integrated into business processes.
