Description:

As the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all of the products sourced and sold by Brand Addition are compliant against all applicable industry standards, design specifications, and customer satisfaction measurements.
The Compliance Manager will provide support to the QA team, contributing to a culture of regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. This role will be responsible for liaising with staff across the company, assisting with risk assessments, compliance queries and document control processes.
As part of the role you will be responsible for the maintenance and creation of product declaration of conformities (DofC’s) and ensure that supporting information exists to back up the declarations.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and collating declaration of conformities for all products.
  • Responsibility for receiving, reviewing and completing product compliance
  • Working with suppliers to obtain test reports for products and ensuring that the frequency of testing is consistent with Brand Addition requirements.
  • Work closely with Sales & Buying teams to ensure that processes and procedures are adhered to in relation to product compliance.
  • Providing assistance and advice on product compliance questions and enquires throughout the business.
  • Assist with the development and then overall administration of a product compliance database.
  • Providing regular reports on the status of product compliance
  • Reviewing and updating Product testing manual making sure all standards are up to date
  • Any other duties/ projects that are reasonable and within the skills and ability of the role holder
  • Product inspections, approving products by confirming specifications, conducting visuals test, returning product for re-work and confirming re-work
  • Documenting Inspection results by completing reports and logs
  • Resolving quality-related issues in timely manner
  • Liaise with distribution centres globally (GSK etc)
  • Providing compliance trainings
