Your tasks will be the following:
- Oversight of BUD’s compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Operating and overseeing the Company’s compliance management program.
- Implementing compliance trainings, advisories, and awareness programs.
- Coordinating and conducting investigations of whistleblowing reports.
- Conducting internal compliance and data protection audits.
- Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions identified during internal audits.
- Maintaining and overseeing the company’s compliance risk assessment and register.
- Coordinating and managing the company’s third-party screening system.
- Providing compliance assurance advice to other managers, including professional review and advice regarding compliance-related manuals and procedures.
- Preparing compliance reports for the executive management.
- Taking part in data protection (GDPR) oversight and assurance.
- Monitoring changes in relevant regulatory requirements, and the implementation of such changes.
