Description:
Our client - A leading broker in Forex and Futures trading, is seeking a Compliance Manager with a background in trade surveillance. This newly created role will support the Head of Compliance in managing the day-to-day operations of the Compliance department and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of compliance or legal work experience in a Financial Institution.
- Good knowledge of Singapore MAS regulations and the rulebooks of the exchanges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
- Experience with Actimize or SMARTS would be a plus, though not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory on compliance and regulatory matters involving new initiatives and product launches, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Monitor alerts arising from trade surveillance system, review alerts for unusual trading activities and escalate incident to senior management.
- Manage inspections and queries from the regulators and exchange.
