Responsibilities:
- Set, design, and drive the strategy for the E&C function and the related compliance program areas.
- Implement, tailor & adjust to local risk, and further develop & continuously approve the strategy and E&C program
- Drive and foster effective partnership, proactive involvement in, and timely advise & support to business development.
- Ensure the needs of the Company’s customers are met & addressed with excellence from an ethics & compliance perspective
- Development of standards and related processes based on global policies, all applicable laws and regulations including local industry codes.
- Lead and coordinate the activities of the team
