WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
For our CE Legal & Data Privacy team we are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance manager with a strong background in GDPR and privacy protection.
What we expect from you:
- Operational level of work, focus on deliverables.
- GDPR knowledge, orientation in privacy protection, ability to apply GDPR requirements and principles in practice.
- Good level of spoken and written English – (all work agenda is in ENG, C1 level required).
- Basic IT knowledge and orientation in basic IT terminology.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting privacy and confidentiality assessments (“PIA”) of existing and new firm’s assets – collection of evidence, risk assessment and remediation.
- Whole PIA lifecycle management in the firm’s framework process (from application on-boarding forms, through PIA reviews, follow up with business teams, to preparation of final documents for approval).
- Conducting DPIA and Legitimate Interest Assessment.
- Coordination and support to privacy pillar inside firm framework process (contribution on process development).
- Communicating and cooperating with IT Team, Cybersecurity Team, business areas and in-house lawyers as part of PIA works, risk assessment and privacy advisory.
- Supervising and support to junior consultants in the PIA team.
- Drafting privacy notices, terms, guidelines.
- Close cooperation with firm’s Data Protection Leader.
