Description:
SOUTHWEST BEHAVIORAL & HEALTH SERVICES IS HIRING A COMPLIANCE MANAGER TO JOIN OUR PEOPLE EXPERIENCE/HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT. THIS IS A FULL-TIME, REMOTE POSITION.
Location: the position is fully remote. Our office is located at 3450 N. 3rd St, Phoenix, AZ 85012.
Salary: starts at $95,000 annually with benefits
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- At least five years’ experience in the quality compliance and/or human resources.

Responsibilities:
- Measuring current compliance with relevant legislation within the PE Department
- Developing and implementing improvement plans for PE
- Ensuring we meet all standards required for internal and external audits
- Reporting to management on status, proposed improvements, and impending legislative changes
- Reviewing and updating PE policies, procedures, and forms
- The PE Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the PE department’s compliance with relevant legislation. This role encompasses a wide range of tasks, including ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations, health and safety legislation, and employment practices.
- Will be expected to consult with departmental heads on possible refinements to their operations regularly.
- Be aware of any impending or imminent changes to legislation that could affect the organization’s operations.
- Prepare contingency plans for immediate implementation to ensure the business is not interrupted.
