COMPLIANCE MANAGER – LEAD COMPLIANCE EXCELLENCE AT INTRAGEN!
Intragen, a leader in Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, and Access Management solutions, is seeking an experienced and proactive Compliance Manager. This key role will guide the company in achieving and maintaining certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and EcoVadis, while ensuring full compliance with regulations like DORA and NIS2.
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Compliance, Risk Management, Information Security, or a related field. Certifications in compliance, ISO standards, or information security (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor, CISM, CISA) are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in compliance roles, particularly with ISO certifications, sustainability frameworks (like EcoVadis), and regulatory compliance (DORA, NIS2).
- Key Skills:
- Thorough understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and ideally EcoVadis, DORA, and NIS2 standards and regulations.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and training.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Certification & Regulatory Leadership: Drive initiatives to obtain and maintain ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) certifications and EcoVadis, while ensuring compliance with DORA and NIS2 regulations.
- Compliance Frameworks: Develop and implement robust compliance policies aligned with industry standards, company goals, and regulatory requirements.
- Auditing & Monitoring: Conduct internal audits, identify non-conformities, and manage corrective actions to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Training & Awareness: Lead compliance training programs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory awareness across the organization.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities. Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership.
