QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience Supporting Compliance within the Waste Transport Sector highly regarded
- Experience leading teams and driving outcomes
- Strong relationship and team building skills
- Working knowledge of National Heavy Vehicle Legislation (CoR)
- Background or supported knowledge in WHS and Risk Assessments
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Willing to learn and be a part of a strong professional focused business
Responsibilities:
- Lead Heavy Vehicle Regulatory Compliance and CoR for the Australian Waste Transport Sector
- Driving Compliance, audits, and similar process activities in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Produce and support SOP’s and reporting against COR / Compliance
- Assist with the Management/Investigation of all Incident Reports
- Implementing and leading waste transport procedures, training, and programs
- Communicate with and influence all internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies of all levels
- Policy development and implementation
