Summary

  • Salary Range £35,000 - £40,000
  • Provide assurance over regulatory risk management to the business through delivery of effective monitoring and analysis of operational functions
  • Support the 1st line’s understanding of compliance responsibilities, including by making recommendations for changes
  • Support an environment of continual improvement, working closely with peers and colleagues from across ALD

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the planning stage of monitoring activities and the design of the annual compliance monitoring plan
  • Deliver monitoring of regulated activities within ALD against relevant FCA and CCA/CCD rules and regulations, as part of the annual compliance monitoring plan
  • Monitor the implementation of actions agreed in response to compliance recommendations, ensuring appropriate records are kept in the Symbiant system
  • Complete monthly recommendation reporting
  • Review regular monitoring output and report on any issues to relevant stakeholders
  • Provide input into the creation and maintenance of the annual compliance monitoring plan
  • Deputise for the Senior Compliance Monitoring Officer where required
