Reports to: CAMO Manager
Location: Onsite / in office, CM24.
Title: Compliance Monitoring Manager - CAMO Department
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CAMO, SMS) preferred.
- Extensive experience (5 years or more) in aviation compliance, with a focus on CAMO operations and regulatory requirements.
- Thorough understanding of aviation regulations and standards (e.g., Part M, Part 145, EASA/FAA regulations).
- Strong analytical skills to assess compliance data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proven leadership abilities to manage compliance initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Establishing a Compliance Monitoring Programme which addresses all of the areas of Gamit’s contracted maintenance support.
- Ensuring that the Compliance Monitoring System is effective in its application and any follow up actions required addressing findings.
- Monitoring all sub-contracted activities.
- Monitoring compliance with Part-CAMO and Part-M.
- Ensuring establishment, revision and distribution control of the CAME.
- Liaising and communication with the relevant competent authorities.
