Join the leading payment services provider in Singapore. We are looking for a proactive Compliance Officer with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial sector. The successful candidate will support our compliance efforts to maintain adherence to legal standards and internal policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry, preferably in payment services.
• Comprehensive understanding of MAS regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

SKILLS:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in relevant compliance software is an advantage.

• Maintain compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Manage and update internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Handle MAS Payment Services licensing issues and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Conduct and oversee risk assessments and compliance audits.
• Develop and facilitate compliance training for staff.
• Prepare and submit regular compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies.
