Role Summary & Company Overview
The purpose of this role is to assist with and coordinate activities required to support the various business units, along with maintaining the QMS and leading internal audits.
The Governance / Compliance department provides support services across the Company, including Quality System Management, Internal audits to ISO 9001:2015 standards, Compliance and GDPR.

Responsibilities & accountabilities

  • Internal Audit – ISO 9001:2015 & CHKS standards and internal procedures
  • Document Control, Training Compliance, Customer Complaints
  • Liaising with Internal Stakeholders on Compliance Matters
  • Deal with all aspects of Customer Complaint, GDPR and CAPA management

Key capabilities

  • BSc in Science or related discipline, with relevant QA or related experience in a clinical, pharmaceutical or similar environment
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of such as ISO 27001:2022, ISO 9001
  • Previous experience as a lead auditor in ISO 9001 would be desirable
  • Able to work on own initiative in addition to working as part of a team
  • The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent time management & organisational skills along with a proven ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills are essential
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced work environment
