POSITION OVERVIEW:

As Compliance Officer, you will ensure that Century Bank Brokers complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies. This role involves identifying compliance risks and implementing measures to mitigate them, with a strong focus on regulatory adherence and risk management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1+ years of compliance experience in banking or financial services; DSA experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of banking laws and regulations.
• Detail-oriented with analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Professional compliance certification is preferred.

• Ensure the bank’s compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies.
• Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with management to implement compliance policies.
• Support and train employees on compliance practices.
• Prepare compliance reports and handle regulatory inquiries.Investigate and resolve compliance issues or breaches.
