• Ensuring the company’s regulatory compliance by overseeing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Working closely with the Conducting Officer to ensure adherence to applicable standards and regulations.
• Performing regular compliance checks, including AML verification and KYC procedure monitoring.
• Managing due diligence processes for new investments and business partnerships, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Participating in the development and implementation of compliance training programs for company personnel.
