Responsibilities:

  • CAREGiver (CG) Staff File Compliance
  • GNIB (IRP)/ LMA permissions renewals
  • Client Files
  • Audits, prepare and collated information and reports requested
  • Ensuring our software system/database is updated accordingly (People Planner, Talent Link, ViClarity)
  • Collating data for quarterly HSE KPIs (staff listings etc.)
  • Submitting monthly/quarterly compliance reports through ViClarity
  • Monitoring reports from the Academy and informing them of any CGs who have resigned so they can be removed from the Learning Management System
  • E-Folders for CG Files
  • Data Protection Champion
  • Talent Link (TL)
  • Insurance/ HSA reporting –report any neck/back pain/injuries rendering CGs unfit to work for 3days+
  • Ensure relevant key players are updating the master reporting document
  • Fit to Work (FTW) notes, doctor’s notes – must be monitored and actioned as soon as these are received so would have to be managed by someone on site f/t.
  • Working Time Act WTA adherence
  • Accidents/Incidents reporting
