REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Six years of related experience in compliance programs and/or activities.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree.
  • More than six years of related experience in compliance and/or risk programs/activities with an emphasis on student activities and/or international travel.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of risk related to student activities and international travel.
  • License or certification in risk and/or compliance (i.e. Associate in Risk Management, Certified Risk Manager, Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional, Certification in Risk Management Assurance, etc.), Texas Property and Casualty Agent or Adjuster License.
