Compliance Officer - Your Role :
Strategic Participation: Collaborate closely with the Compliance team to develop policies, refine training programs, and optimize work processes, particularly in new business acceptance and data protection.
Analysis and Advisory: Assess relevant laws and regulations, identify risks and opportunities to guide the firm’s strategy, and raise awareness to influence company culture.
Document Management and Audit: Ensure efficient compilation of client and matter files to meet internal and external audit requirements, while performing monitoring and analysis activities related to the Compliance Office’s annual focus areas.

Compliance Officer - Your Profile:

• Master’s degree in Law or Compliance.
• Excellent command of French and English.
• At least 4 years of experience in compliance.
• Adaptability, rigor, and strong analytical skills.
